1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using PixRecover, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PixRecover on the number of devices permitted by your plan:

• Free plan: 1 device
• Monthly/Yearly: 1 device, transferable upon deactivation
• Lifetime: 1 device, transferable upon deactivation

You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of PixRecover.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use PixRecover to:

• Recover data from devices you do not own or have explicit permission to access
• Circumvent technical protection measures
• Violate any applicable law

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown in USD, exclusive of VAT where applicable.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixRecover is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Data recovery is not guaranteed — results depend on the condition of the drive and extent of data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PixRecover after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
