This Privacy Policy describes how Bekrine LLC ("Bekrine LLC", "we", "us", or "our"), the company behind PixRecover, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our software and website at pixrecover.com.

Data We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Email address — collected at purchase, and also when you request the free trial download, and used to deliver your license key, the download link, and account-related communications.
  • License key and activation data — we store your license key, the number of activated devices, and activation timestamps to enforce license limits.
  • Website analytics — when you visit pixrecover.com, we log the page visited, referrer, and an approximate country derived from your IP address (via an offline lookup — your IP is never sent to a third party for this). Your IP address itself is only ever stored in a one-way hashed form, not in plain text.
  • Usage analytics (optional, anonymous) — crash reports and aggregate usage statistics to improve the product. No personal files or file paths are ever transmitted.

We do not collect, read, or transmit any files from your computer. PixRecover operates entirely locally on your machine.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

  • Deliver your license key after purchase
  • Validate your license when you activate PixRecover on a PC
  • Send important product updates and security notices
  • Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Your payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for license and receipt emails.

Data Retention

We retain license and account records for as long as needed to provide support, enforce our license terms, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
